*As requested by Stumpknockers there will be no alcohol or meals allowed on boat unless purchased at Stumpknockers during their business hours.
*Please note: please give 24 hours’ notice if scheduling a reservation by phone; if reserving a tour spot by email, please give 72 hour’s notice. This is a recommendation only, still call if less than 24hrs to see if I have an opening.
*If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice you may still be charged for trip if I have people on standby and can not fill the seats.
* You will need a credit card to hold a reservation.
Please call or email us to check availability and make a reservation. We require a
credit card or cash deposit to reserve your spot on a tour. Your reservation
for a seat will guarantee the minimum needed for Captain Mike to depart on a particular
day.You may cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled cruise and receive a 100% refund on
your reservation or a Gift Certificate for the full amount towards another cruise.
In case of a cancellation with less than 24 hours or a “no show”, the full amount will be charged
to your card. Your seat on the boat has been reserved for you and other reservations
may have been rejected or needed for our min/max to embark and this would inconvenience
other customers planning a tour on their vacation.
Isolated or scattered showers or storms are normal in Florida during summer months
and do not necessarily warrant the canceling of cruises as they last usually no more
than 15 minutes and occur in isolated spots. Occasionally the boat will get caught in
a rain shower but the boat is covered and has side curtains that drop down and keeps
most rain off of passengers. If it rains at the dock before departure, we will postpone
until it passes. If thunderstorms occur, we will reschedule the trip or offer a
“Rain Check” for a future booking based on availability.
